api_errornewA critical background API call failed, such as inventory, pricing, incentives, payment, chat, or lead provider calls. DO NOT send for every error, only ones you wish to be tracked publicaly.

chat_unavailablenewChat failed to load or no agents/bot were available.

element_visiblenewA tracked element entered the viewport/ rendered to the customer on there device.
form_prefill_appliednewA form field was automatically prefilled from known data, URL params, saved info, or integration logic.
