smsIf the communication is via a text based system that facilitates a back and forth conversation and is primarily done using the user mobile device, use this value.
videoIf the communication is via a medium where a video feed of the user or agent. use this value.
voiceIf the communication is via phone or app, and consists primarily of verbal communications, without sharing video , use this value.
